sounds like damaged skin barrier. you need to treat it with care until it heals/repairs. Cicalfate cream by Avene is really good, as is their Xerade

The newest LRP ones. Those are the only ones in the world right now with a new UVA filter that
is strong in an area of UVA that other filters barely protect. If you are one of the lucky few who can match the tinted ones then those are even bette
