Recs for a rich but matt moisturiser please. For years I used Avene Hydrance Optimale Riche but ++
they reformulated and it’s too shiny. I’ve been using Darphin Intral Balm and I love it but it’s expensive.

the 1st thing I spray on in the AM instead of a tap water splash cleanse. I really don't know if plain tap water would have less impact but I enjoy it
