I find grapeseed drying. All oils are ymmv—I’m super clog prone and tolerate some rosehip oils +
but not others. Trilogy is a good one to test. I also like Josie Maran’s regular Argan oil.

I use jojoba of course because it's key in all cuticle oils, plus
argan and rose hip because they are nice and light. Sometimes I'll put oat oil in if I have it but it's no biggie. Vit E to help keep it from going ra
