(usually 1-3 months) just like with any antibiotics. Your derm didn't prescribe topical Rosacea Treatment like Soolantra, Metrocream or such as well?

Don't overdo it; you needn't respond with all barrels. I wouldn't do the Nizoral till you've tried +
the cream for awhile. Seb derm is notoriously hard to treat and easily irritated. Below is a writeup about how I dealt with mine... Disclaimer: YMMV!

The Library of Fragrance Argan Cologne Spray is quite similar in scent but I still prefer the Agadir scent. And of course the hair oil itself; IMO/IME

Edit - Andalou Naturals Argan Oil & Shea Moisture Rich Leave-In (my hair is ++
not fine, it’s medium to coarse) so I’d recommend using a very small amount if you get this. But it does work beautifully
