Agree w/ whackedoutwheeve. Argan oil is very soothing as is Aquaphor. I have no experience w/the +
others. Although I only use it on my lips, Lansinoh is super healing. If it’s safe enough for nursing mothers’ nipples, it should be ok for the face.

Argan oil is excellent for general soothing / healing, it's my go-to. Second best for me is ++

The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA. Argan oil is also excellent for dry skin ++
and you can layer it underneath moisturizer if you need a super dose of hydration and moisturizing.

Can’t put tret, exfoliants or Vit C on my neck. Everything else that goes on my face, goes on my neck.
