Stop the lanolin....he could be sensitive. It's just baby seborrhea. I'd use Vaseline instead +
(a thin layer on damp skin) or Aquaphor as thankful1 suggests.... though if your DS is sensitive to lanolin, then lanolin alcohol could be an issue.
