Aquaphor/Vaseline don't do anything for (my) lips.. They're just (semi)occlusives. If you rop
put them on top of another balm/treatment they will lock in moisture and then both are quite effective. But not on their own.

I use aquaphor. Lips get dry in winter. It helps.

I have suffered welts for years; a quick acting anti histamine and holding a cotton round soaked
with witch hazel helps a lot IME. Avoid actives and cover the area with Aquaphor overnight to help it heal over.

2nd or PC Lip & Body Balm. Aquaphor has lanolin FYI but if not sensitive to it, it’s the best!

I 2nd aquaphor, and add that the revlon kiss exfoliating balm is super hydrating. Love it.

Aquaphor in the tube is what I use if I need healing on my lips
