avoiding lip balms w/ essential oils, menthols, flavors and fragrances is key - stick w/ PLAIN petroleum jelly or Aquaphor, or straight lanolin. All

Any rich, emollient cream helps. A facial cream is much cheaper. Even some Vaseline or Aquaphor rop
might work; esp. on top of a emollient moisturizer. But OP is specifically mentioning nasal folds so I assume she means those aging lines/wrinkles;-)

Neither! I do like the CeraVe ointment (no lanolin) over Aquaphor (lanolin); less irritation for me.

Does anyone else have ear psoriasis? What do you use on it?
I’m trying all manner of things and nothing is working. I lube them up with Vaseline or aquaphor just so they don’t look scaley in public.
