Agree w Jeri4801. MUR's Renaissance Flick. Also like L'Oreal Infallible Paints which is great if++
you want to get some of the colored liners. Other drugstore liquid liner that performs pretty well for little money would be Almay liquid eyeliner.

I never reach for them. Good formula, bought bad color. The new Almay that are packaged similarly+++
