I went to MAC and asked for a shade that is lighter than Amorous but darker than Capricious. Pinky-p
Pinky-plum is probably what I'm going for. The SA suggested "Beam there, done that" and "Del Rio" for me but neither appealed to me. I'm NC25,

I immediately thought of MAC Amorous, it's a gorgeous plum, it's medium, not a light shade ++
but not too dark. It's very flattering, I'm just wandering if you would think it was dark, to me it's a medium

Agree with Revlon Black Cherry for a d/s rec. Some recs in the mid range $$ are+++
NARS Afghan Red or MAC Amorous, maybe MAC Hang Up (if they didn't discontinue these)
