I've tried the DermaDoctor KP Duty and was disappointed, too. Ameliorate is much better IMO.

Mine reduced significantly with Stridex (red box) and Ameliorate 1x/day. +
Amlactin was ok but not nearly as effective as Ameliorate.

Laser hair removal helped me. I use Stridex & Ameliorate or Amlactin.
