there are lots of k-beauty moisturizer with cholesterol/ceramides/free fatty acids at ++
more reasonable prices and they avoid the irritants you see in the product you listed. look into zeroid intensive cream MD, aestura barrier 365 cream

i mix aestura atobarrier 365 watery gel cream with pyunkang yul balancing gel 50-50 in my palm++
and put a nice (not thin) layer all over my skin. keeps me moist all night and no irritation or breakouts. i am over 50 but not dry, though.

you might consider something from round lab or pyunkang yul. aestura and zeroid are also great.
