PBI here are the conversion pieces I used in order to
use all my Medela parts with my spectra pump. The only "new" parts I bought were the duckbill valves, which I used with the Medela pump anyway. htt

storage bottles (I kept 4 on hand daily). But other than that, I did not need extra flanges, tubes, etc because I carried everything home to clean nig

In my experience, using something highly occlusive alongside retinol for undereye area is really +++
helpful. Many people use Vaseline or something that's mostly petrolatum (like Aquaphor ointment), but I find lanolin much more helpful (Medela Purelan
