NGL, pumping really sucks. I pumped
5-7x a day when I went back to work and then I was so so glad to be done with it. BF is so much easier/freeing than pumping, as firecracker mentioned.

Lasinoah has gotten much thinner than it used to be, it’s literally white and almost translucent +
nowadays. Medela Purelan 100 and Ardo Gold Cream are my favorite kinds of lanolin. Both are sold as nipple creams.
