I did a Google search. It looks as if it's a purified form of petroleum jelly. +
I know Vaseline is supposed to be safe but other than using it once or twice it definitely clogs and irritates me.

My limited understanding is that retin-A micro should not be buffered, but I believe any other kinds
of retinols and retinoids can be. Thus it depends on the formula of the product if it can be buffered or not. And if it can be buffered, it comes down

Please tell your friend to use Retin-A properly: build up slowly; once a week for a few weeks; rop
then twice a week for a month and so on. Cleanse face PM with a gentle, non-foaming cleanser and appy a peasized amount of Retin-A after 15-30 minutes
