Which lip balms have you already tried? Most important is to use unfragranced lip balms. rop
No chemical and no "natural" fragrance. Also no essential oils, camphor, menthol, SPF. Same goes for any lip product so lipstick, lip liner, lip gloss

I use LRP Cicaplast Gel B5 or Avene Cicalfate+ Scar Gel on (healed) wounds, scars, burn marks rop
etc. LRP Cicaplast Baume B5 or Avene Cicalfate Cream are really nice & effective "skin rescue" products as well when skin is irritated and/or damaged.

I would treat it like a healing skin wound and keep it clean and moist +
But don't over clean and remove the new skin cells that are forming. I'd put an antibacterial gel on it; I use one from All Terrain that is non-sensit

During the day Clinique Superbalm Lip Treatment or Superbalm Moisturizing Gloss and Palladio rop
Tinted Lip Balm. At night Lanolin ointment. All unfragranced. LRP Cicaplast Levres, Avene Cicalfate Lips and PC Lip & Body Treatment are nice as well.

Cosmetic-grade mineral oil and Vaseline are non-comedogenic ;-) But as with anything YMMV of course.

I am surprised I can use products with plant oils like soy oil and canola oil but other oils like
argan oil and coconut oil are a big no for me. My skin does really well with plain Vaseline, mineral oil, shea butter, squalane and glycerin.

It sounds like it’s irritated. I would use bland gentle
products & use a moisturizer & top off with Vaseline at night.
