Put a thin layer of vaseline, or (my preference) LRP Cicaplast or Avene Cicalfate +

Don't put a primer on 1st if it's a dye. It'll prevent absorbtion. I use sallys hair dye+++

god, i'm so sorry, how awful! I don't know what it could be+
but I'm hoping somehow the effects go away over time, especially the scarier medical ones. As for the skin, try to keep it to minimal, bland product
