You could mix in a few drops of an oil like argan, or top hand cream with something occlusive r/o
like Vaseline or CeraVe Healing Ointment then put on cotton gloves. Also 2nd the recs of exfoliating hands gently with a sugar scrub.

Avoid lip balms w/ menthol, camphor, fragrances, etc. Stick w/ plain aquaphor, plain vaseline+
plain lanolin. (NOTE: some are sensitive to lanolin). Carry around minis of whatever plain ointment you like - aquaphor makes nice lip tubes for you
