Actually, Triple Paste makes one called Triple Paste AF. I've gotten it+
on Amazon after the prescription anti-fungal cream didn't work and neither did Lotrimin AF. The Triple Paste AF was pricey but a life saver!

I did the following:
Frangrance free detergent, I stopped using scented body wash or perfume, used triple cream (not paste) on his face where it was worse. Used Dove Baby
