I've used everything from Organic to Butt Paste to A&D to Triple Paste to Desitin ++
Hands down Desitin works the best, followed by Triple Paste. For a particularly nasty rash, we alternate the two. Biggest advice is AIR AIR AIR. Let b

I use ad ointment between diapers changes and if my son had a rash I would use triple butt paste .
