Botox will get rid of them. Retin-A doesn't do much for mine. Some topicals will soften them +
but will not erase like Botox, and they will come back as soon as you stop the topical.

YMMV. I prefer a very bland and gentle cleanser, and to use leave-on topicals.

I know most topicals aren't a concern, but I personally erred on the side of caution and didn't do +
anything except double cleanse (use an oil cleanser followed by regular cleanser). For what it's worth, my acne improved considerably after 12 weeks.
