if in US, I'd recommend skipping retinol & using OTC adapalene 0.1% gel (Differin, LRP, etc). if ++
not in the US, I would say it depends on what is OTC vs Rx in your country. Unfortunately, I think both retinols and retinaldehyde seem less stable IM

I get good results with Replenix CF Green Tea Serum. I have rosacea but don't have prescribed ++
medication. This serum temporarily reduces redness for me. It can be a little drying so I have to use a moisturizer as well.
