10% is very strong. why not try 2.5%- replenix makes a great one that is a gel- my skin r/o
really likes it. I would also suggest adding extra moisture when using BP.

I too avoid triggers (booze is the big one for me), make sure I always protect my skin with spf (mineral spf a great choice for rosacea), and use only

The Replenix Sheer Physical is a slightly off-white colour, but untinted rop
It also has a somewhat matte finish and is cosmetically elegant. I do find it a little too drying, though.

The Ordinary doesn't have good retinol options, as in, even the company's employees admit their retinol in squalane products are only good for 3 month
