it’s much less concentrated than No 1 & is meant to ‘enhance’ the benefits of No 3... so I’m thinking it’s basically pre-diluted No 1 used on dry hair

You may want to try the Redken bleach recovery lamellar treatment - I got my hair heavily +
highlighted all over a couple months ago and it absolutely destroyed my hair. like.. destroyed!! which for me was devastating because i have long hair
