I don’t think olaplex will strip toner. I Use #3 after every shampoo+
And I haven’t noticed that my toner has been stripped (I’m all over platinum). But I also use a toning shampoo every wash.

Recently had balayage done & my ends are toned to a light creamy blonde+

in a different order. #0 probably also has more water/a lower concentration of the active ingredient. The last two ingredients are preservatives. #

I think you're okay to get Olaplex 1 mixed in with the highlights, then use 2 or 3 at home afterward
