I actually prefer the Ecotools (yep) medium stippling brush for blush OVER++

Funny you mention the CdP concealer. I have a small sample of it and I’m nearly done with it. ++
However, I feel the same way you do about it. It works really well for spot concealing, but for under eyes, I fluff it on with a looser, bigger brush
