? Amlactin is a lotion, it contains emulsifiers. OP is asking about mixing lactic acid and mineral
oil only, which will not work.

I think you’d end up spending more to get the same volume you get in a bottle of Amlactin. I see ROP
huge bottles of it at Costco for a good price. Maybe get it there to save a few bucks or check amazon.
