I just use whatever I'm using on face on body, like cerave foaming. Those clogs are probably KP+
I just use Amlactin lotion 12%, that takes care fo it.

I have no idea why it works or if it is related, but I had it
on both big toes, and I started putting amlactin on my toes and all my nails look better, and my big toe nails seem to be growing out more attached.

Mine does that. I find showering daily w/ a salux and applying Amlactin immediately after works+
best. So far, nothing is as good as Amlactin in terms of effectiveness, although the Eucerin lotion w/ lactic and urea is probably the next best thin
