Always On Liquid Eyeliner

This is a pretty good eyeliner, however for the price it is nothing special. I find the angled packaging quite bulky and a little tricky to close.

I have no idea if i got a dried out product or not but this was aweful. It is a liquid Eyeliner in Black with a Felt Tip. The actual Packaging is nice and Sleek looking but the product was just...
