    Had some issues with this I bought 2 1 was really good for spot treatments the second one was so poorly made it was so dense it didnt move and was hard to use I wouldnt by these again...

    I agree with one of the other reviewers- crappy cheap paintbrush. Too stiff to use, unless I'd like to poke an eye out. I realize it was only $1- I was not expecting this.
