    I have not had as much luck /skill as the other reviewer to getting this feliner to look good and stay on the eye. I can only really use it wet or it gets all under my eye and falls onto my cheeks...

    I love the Feliners, but you really have to be careful with this one. I think either dampening your brush or using the eyeliner sealant is really necessary for these liners. At least for me they...
