    This worked okay for me. When used by itself, it thickens a bit, but also tends to clump and weigh down my lashes.. When I use this as the last 2 coats after I put on Illegal Length Waterproof...

    I like this mascara as much as I do the Full and Soft Waterproof. Went on smoothly on application. Gave me natural looking lashes. No clumps at all!

    I like this, but it doesn't thicken my lashes like the Illegal lenghts does, while it lengthens. It holds my curl and thickens a bit and lenghtens a bit, but it's just not dramatic enough for me.

    Great, great stuff. Gives me big, slutty lashes, and holds a curl even after I've washed my face! UPDATE on 1/12/2004 - This stuff is still my mascara holy grail.

    i have tried many mascaras but i keep coming back to this one. but i have to stress that there is a HUGE difference between the volume express regular and the waterproof. the regular is horrible!...

    Clumped waaaaaay too much and the brush was just way too big. also weighed down my lashes...just a big clump.

    Yuck. This formula isn't a bit like it's sister, the original version. It will give you stiff lashes with a watery formula.
