Starry Night

My HG eyeliner until they discontinued it! Amazing black color, doesn't smudge, stays on all day.

I have this, and I have a Wet n Wild in the same exact shade-but I will choose the WnW over this every time because this one smears everywhere. I cannot keep it on my eyes.

I'm baffled by the previous review because I love this pencil. It applies without tugging and lasts all day. The color itself is a nice carbon black, which applies just as it looks in the pencil....
