    Usually I love everything Sephora puts out. This sadly doesn't comply. The kohl doesn't smudge at all and the pencil hurts my eye. It doesn't even try to go on smoothly.

    It doesnt stay on - within an hour the eyeliner had smudged both under my eye and in the crease of my eyelid. Does not come close to the staying power of Smashbox aqua eyes
