liquid eye liner

i love this liquid mascara! it does not smear and it can withstand my oily lids!!! it can last the whole day without flaking off! Highly recommended!!

i got this in navy not highly pigmented, think watercolor, very runny so you have keep applying, gets really clumpy and flaky. idk if it was a bad batch or old since i got it at a discounted...
