I agree with the other reviewer that this is not exactly a lip plumping product. But then again, I haven't really encountered any gloss or serum or balm that actually lives up to its lip plumping...

This is a sheer nude colored lotion that makes lip ultra smooth and silky...not gooey at all...i wouldn't say it plumps, but it made my lips feel very clean and hydrated~ for $30, it was pretty...
