Beautiful almost electric blue hue goes on very creamy in water line, may need to set with matching eyeshadow powder, however. Great for very bright, crazy, colorful looks.

Amazing bright blue eyeliner, looks radical with blue mascara. Soft application, can smudge so I recommend setting with a blush eyeshadow like Atlantis Blue by Milani.

Most blue eyeliners are dull navy, but this one really is truly vivid. It goes one smoothy and lasts all day when set with powder. Plus it's less than $3 at Walgreens.
