Expert eyes does have some good colors. However I found this to very cakey looking. It had a fake look to it. It did not blend well and creased rather badly.

These are the worst drugstore eyeshadows I've ever used! All of them are pure frost, crease like mad and don't go on smoothly at all! It's a shame too as many of the colours are lovely to look at....

Even for drugstore eyeshadows, these are awful. IMO, there are better brands out there for cheap eyeshadow- Max Factor, Prestige. These are poorly pigmented, and crease instantaneously.
