    This has been my only moisturizer for 5 years because it DOES NOT break out my very acne prone skin, it is very lightweight & soothing to the skin, esp after chemical treatments, sun exposure, etc....

    Well this is a very light moisturizer annd it moisturizes very well. But that's it. It didn't make my skin any smoother and even tends to leave a slight film on the surface which is not greasy......
