Eyeliner BE-21 Trance

This is the most beautiful deep, navy blue! I found the product to be long-lasting and smudge-free like other Prestige liners, and the color is really great for doing a smoky blue eye.

This is a dark blue-grey waterproof eyeliner with no shimmer. It's a twist up so you don't have to sharpen it. Lasts all day and I got it for $2 at Walgreens.
