    Cloud 9 is a beautiful medium, state blue(muted blue-grey) shimmer. The color is just so beautiful. Smooth texture blends like a dream. Highly pigmented. But this color is just doesn't not do...

    Cloud 9 is yet another blue shade that has made me realize that I can indeed do blues if only I search for the right shade. It is a medium sheeny (not quite shimmery IMO) blue/steel grey hybrid....
