    I SAW THIS ON QVC. WHEN I USED IT IT JUST LOOKED LIKE I PUT WHITE POWDER OVER MY EYES. NOT FLATTERING AT ALL.I TRIED IT QUITE A FEW TIMES AS SHADOW AND CONCEALER. I'LL STICK WITH THE LIQUID PRODUCTS.
