    I had the same problem with the Plum Shimmer packaging...broken from the start. Never smooth and dull color. Complete waste of money.

    Really liked the color of this (plum shimmer) but the liner is impossible to get out, the liner itself is just tooooo thin, and you have to press really hard to make it line at all. Had to toss it.
