    Even though this is very pigmented and glides on smoothly, it smudged like crazy on me. I like the idea of having the sharpener on the cap though, but that's about it.

    If you're looking for an eyeliner with staying power, this is not the one. For me, after about 15 minutes, it would be smudged under my eyes. I definitely do not recommend it.
