Loose Eyeshadow in Misty Blue

I am a Milani freak so I had to purchase this for $2.49 in the CVS clearance bin. The packaging has much to be desired as far as ease of use. The bottle and brush are adorable but a little messy....

These loose eyeshadows come in little containers with their own brush (which is very hard to use without getting e/s everywhere, better off dumping into a sample pot imo) just like Bourjois & NYC...
