I like this eyeliner,but, I noticed that it tends to go on quite roughly at times. Also, I find that it sometimes flakes off in huge clumps. Not the greatest ever.

No smudging at all! I realized today after a hard, stressful day at work, and some eye rubbing, my liner never came off or smudged. Wow! Comes off easily with eye makeup remover or soap and water.
