Pure Hue Bluebird [DISCONTINUED]

Beautiful blue color. Looks great applied wet or dry. It's a tad bit lighter than MAC's Electric Eel.

Reminds me of MAC Electric Eel. I use in under my MAC blueboy paint and it looks wonderful. Very bright and i did not have a blending problem or fall out.
