Way too overpriced IMO. The best cleanser for my make-up brushes that I have found is J&J Head To Toe Cleanser. It leaves my brushes clean and soft.

This is my favorite brush cleanser. I feel like this cleans the best and maybe it's just me but my brushes don't feel as if they have any residue on them. The bottle lasts quite awhile too.
