Quartet Eye Shadow in Copacabana

If you apply this eyeshadow dry it won't come out as bright as it looks; however, if you wet your brush a little the color will be very bright and beautiful, especially with the blue.

Unfortunately, these colors look much more beautiful and bright in the palette than they do on -- they are so light! I do have to say that they don't crease though, which is great.
