    I'm not sure about this, it's kinda refreshing, non-drying and non-irritating unlike so many other toners (it has no alcohol in it), but it didn't mattify my skin or do anything else to my skin....

    I have combination skin and this product doesn't hydrate my skin at all. It dries my skin so much that later on my skin gets even more oily. It may be good for summer but definetely not for winter.
